Military Special

At Club eX, we appreciate your sacrifice in protecting our freedom and way of life. To show our gratitude, we offer the following military discounts:

  • Free 2-week pass for anyone on military leave or visiting the area.

  • $19 joining fee 

  • Membership for just $36 per month.

Military specials must be processed in-club—simply bring your Military ID to join in person and receive your discount.

College Student 

Club eX proudly supports our future leaders and recognizes the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle while in school. That’s why we offer valuable discounts for full-time students during breaks.

  • Student Special:

    • 3 months for $99 (regularly $149)

    • 4 months for $119

A valid student ID and proof of full-time status and a drivers license are required. Memberships must be purchased in-club.

Senior Citizen, 60+

Enjoy an all-inclusive membership for just $30 per month! Stay active and healthy with full access to our gym, group classes, and amenities designed to support your fitness journey.

Youth Program 
(Ages 15+)

  • Sign-up must be done in person (proof of age required).

  • Members must be 16 years old to use the facility without completing a training program.

  • Age 15 is required to complete a 4-session training program with a certified Club eX personal trainer.

  • About the 4-Session Youth Training Program ($109)

  • This program is designed to provide a comprehensive introduction to:


    ✔ Circuit machines & cable machines


    ✔ Basic free weight movements (ensuring proper form & safety)


    ✔ Proper stretching techniques

    ✔ Safe & effective use of cardio equipment

  • This invaluable experience helps young members build confidence, develop safe workout habits, and get the most out of their fitness journey.
