In 2015 Mel Lambert co-owner of ClubeX Fitness opened Sunshine Farm Sanctuary for the sole purpose of providing a safe tranquil place for kids living in the foster care system to visit.

Mel has over 70 children from area group homes that visit the farm weekly to relax and participate in a multitude of activities including horseback riding, bonding with the various animals on the farm, dogs, cats, rabbits, miniature horses, donkeys and goldfish.
Mel has an outstanding group of volunteers that help with arts & craft activities, storytelling and just hanging out with the kids talking about life.
Sunshine farm is a 501C non profit that is funded by donations from local businesses and Club eX fitness.
