Mel Lambert
Owner
Mel has been an entrepreneur for over 17 years, specializing in fitness for men and women. Mel is an RNBSN,
who utilizes her knowledge in developing programs and
meeting the needs of men and women. She has also won Ms.
Granite State, Masters Division (female bodybuilding)
Competition, which further confirms her expertise in
designing and implementing programs for people of all ages,
shapes, and fitness levels. Her staff is friendly,
professional, and dedicated to meeting your needs. Mel is
the second of three generations of successful Lambert women.

Linda Lane
General Manager/Nutrition Consultant
Linda has been in the industry for 12 years now. She is a general manager at Club Ex as well as a certified fitness and nutrition consultant. Linda is a natural born leader with a passion to lead you closer to your fitness goals.
She is business oriented with a magnitude of leadership
abilities. Couple these with her ability to excel and you’ve
got a true born Lambert woman. Linda is married with 2
wonderful children.

Bob Lang

Customer Service Specialist
Bob aka Clubba has been in the fitness spotlight for 20 years. He owned a fitness company for 10 years. Among his many accomplishments was 1st place in North
Eastern Natural
Body Building Competition. He is a certified personal trainer and is more than dedicated to assisting you in achieving your fitness goals. Bob’s favorite body part to train are his chest and shoulders as well as spending quality time on the stairmaster, but his real passion is his family which includes his wife and
4 beautiful children.

John Smith

John has a Bachelors degree in Exercise Physiology and has been in the fitness arena for 14 years now. John has led many successful Club Ex teams to various bodybuilding competitions. He himself is a body building competitor that holds many titles. John’s favorite body part to train is his chest and he adds in some cardio on the treadmill. John
is married with 2 beautiful children.

Thomas Cahilll
Personal Trainer/Fitness
Consultant
Tom is both N.S.C.A. and I.F.P.A. certified in Personal Training. He has a degree in Exercise Science & Health Fitness. He has been part of our team for 2 years now, but is a former wrestling coach as well as a football coach. He believes that fitness and human performance are one of the few industries that have a positive effect on people. He loves to train upper body and finish with some treadmill time.

Caitlin Cole
Personal Trainer/Fitness Consultant
Caitlin joined us 4 years ago and has a diploma from The National Personal Training Institute. She is also First Aid and CPR certified. She joined our team and pursued her passion of personal training. Caitlin is also an exemplary fitness consultant that loves a good treadmill run.
