Nutrition

Our nutrition service is designed to get your body healthy and balanced. A total fitness / nutrition plan is important to reach your fitness goals. Our plan is a 12 week education specifically designed to provide you with all of the knowledge you need to eat and exercise correctly for the rest of your life. No gimmicks, no false claims, just the proper caloric intake and nutrient percentages for your individualized biochemical structure. Nutritionalysis will also provide you with information concerning the amount and type of exercise necessary to obtain your personal fitness goals in the fastest way possible.

Personal Trainers

Get hooked up with the best trainers in the area. They are certified and have awards in various levels of fitness. All personal trainers are equipped with the skills to develop a safe, structured and motivating program designed to meet members’ individual fitness goals and needs. They will motivate and work with you regularly as needed.

Aerobics/Spinning/Treadmill Classes

Club Ex offers a variety of classes to meet everyone’s fitness needs. Whether you’re new to fitness, returning to exercise, or want a lighter approach, we are sure to have a class for you.

Daycare/Kid Zone

Bring the kids! We offer arts and crafts, developmental toys, structured play and lots of fun for the kids. We also have Xbox, Playstation 2 and Gamecube in our Kid Zone. Enjoy your workout and leave the playing to us!

Available 7 days a week 8:30am – 12noon
