12 Week Nutrition Plan
Real results simply mean lifestyle change!
Eating balanced meals & exercising regularly will provide
you real results.
Although a “weight loss cookie” or “4 magic weight loss
candy bars a day” is more appealing,
it is not a real lifestyle change.
Most people have done these gimmick diets plans & lost
weight only to put it back on and then some.
These fad diets are the time bomb approach to losing weight
and at some point you will literally explode!
Starvation certainly will force you to lose weight;
unfortunately it is the wrong type of weight. In the
starvation mode your body will use your much needed lean
muscle tissue for fuel when you calorie restrict. Lean
muscle is not the weight you want to lose!
Maintaining your lean muscle tissue & losing pure body fat
is the optimum way to acquire a healthy lean body.
Unfortunately you can’t do this eating those diet cookies or
diet candy bars!
Start by thinking of your body as a machine that requires
fuel based on work load. Simply put, an increased work load
requires an increase is fuel consumption = more calories for
your body.

FAQ's
What can I expect on my first
appointment?
Allow approx. 1 hour to fill out a
questionnaire and provide a brief diet history. Your tech
will review your current exercise routine and recommend a basic
workout format. Your tech will design a menu plan
specifically for your body type and food preferences.
Will I always have the same tech?
You will meet with your tech for 11 weeks
(following your initial appt.). This will be your assigned
technician. Your tech will weigh you in, discuss any
questions, concerns and supply you with a food exchange list so
that you can substitute foods to better fit your needs. If
you would like to change technicians simply speak with a ClubeX
manager and they will assign you a new technician of your
choice.
What happens after my 12 week plan?
At this point you should be prepared to
continue on your own using the strategies learned over the 12
week plan. Some clients choose to continue for an extended
term at and additional price.
6 weeks renewal...........$99
12 weeks renewal.........$129
How much body fat should I expect to lose
in 12 weeks?
This is a variable based on the amount of
body fat you specifically need to lose. As a general
guideline, for someone that needs to lose 30 lbs. you can expect
to lose 7-10% body fat in 12 weeks. When someone follows the
plan 100%, decreases in body fat percentages will be significantly higher.
