I think we all believe that pictures cannot lie.
I came to that realization myself when I looked at the “before” picture of me. The funny thing is that when this photo was taken I thought I was in decent shape….obviously not!!!!
At the age of 15 I was introduced to working out and have stuck with it ever since. It’s now been over 25 years. I finally achieved the best results during the past 3 years when I became involved in the Nutritionalysis Program. I first started the program myself and after seeing the results decided to become certified and pass on the knowledge of learning how to eat correctly for the rest of your life to other people.
Think you already know how to eat? That’s what I thought. I could never imagine eating 3200 calories a day. That’s right! That is exactly what my body requires on a daily basis to keep the fat away.
Ask yourself “what is my goal”?
