What to expect at your first appointment:

Upon your first visit you will have a consultation with your personal trainer to review exercise history, prior injury or rehabilitation continuation therapy.

After your initial consultation a ClubeX personal trainer will then prescribe a progressive workout program to cater to your specific needs & goals incorporating the latest training techniques for maximum results.

Your personal trainer will also chart and record your progress during your workout. They will chart resistance weight settings, repetitions & sets for each session.

Your personal training information will be kept on file for your review at anytime.

You will also have contact information for your personal trainer in case you may have questions during or even after you've completed your program.
