Aerobics Classes (see spinning below)

Cardio Pump: 75 minutes of heart pumping music, muscle conditioning with weights, step aerobics and high intensity kickboxing. A real crowd pleaser!

Beginner Step: This class uses a step platform and high energy music to improve cardiovascular fitness and strengthen the lower body. Step can combine high and low impact moves and is a great alternative to traditional cardio classes.

Weight Train & Tone: All over weight training using proper technique and music to get you pumped!

Treadmill Mania: This class utilizes high energy music and a motivating environment whether you’re on a treadmill or an arc trainer, we will climb hills and sprint our way to the finish line.

Super Sport Cardio & Tone: Intermediate level of boot camp exercises as well as an assortment of cardio balls, weights, step, jump ropes and music to make you move.

Step & Tone: Go at your own pace with this cardiovascular workout using weights, and intervals of step and floor exercises. A true toning experience.

Aerobic Circuit Weight Training: Let’s get your heart pumping! Have fun doing lunges, squats, push-ups, etc. We’ll work all your body parts using dumbbells, barbells, leg weights and even your own body weight.

Intermediate Step: Step it up a notch in this intermediate level step class. Remember, you can always go at your own pace. You will enjoy this all over body toning and increase your energy level at the same time.

Power Yoga: The ultimate mind body workout! Discover the benefits of doing Yoga with a repetitive flow and long holds. A perfect way to get stronger, slimmer and centered.

Hi-Lo Step: Start with a 20 minute strength/conditioning workout w/moderate weights targeting each of the main body parts and step it up for 40 minutes of intense freestyle step, coupled with an abdominal workout, some great music and you’ll be set for the day!

Step: Choose your height and your intensity level adding moves throughout the class all the while enjoying some great music and you’ ll leave class wanting more.

Kick Your Butt Boot Camp: 75 minutes of intensity that consists of spinning, kickboxing, jump roping, weight training and plyometrics all in a boot camp format

20/20/20: An advanced abdominal floor workout with high and low impact step movement designed to burn calories, tone muscles and leave you feeling great!

Extreme Step: Take off with this high-energy class incorporating a combination of high impact moves to optimize your cardiovascular conditioning. Tighten and tone with the motivating music that is sure to pump you up.

Young at Heart: Great ne w class! A one hour class using light weights with a mid intensity cardiovascular workout. Perfect for the young at heart.

Turbo Kickboxing: Kick and punch your way to a higher fitness level. Work yourself from head to toe with extra emphasis on your abdominals. This will surely make you sweat for more!

Spinning

Spinning: All fitness levels invited! You control the stationary bike and let the instructor control you. Enjoy some motivating music and ride your way into a higher level of energy.
